Hi, I had VBAC 3 months back in sweden.Delivered baby boy of 4.12kg at 41+1 weeks. When I went to hospital with painful contractions, they checked and admitted me as I am 4cm dilated. Same midwife checked 2-3hours later I was 4.5-5cm so I was having some progress. Next shift midwife when checked after 2hours said I was 3cm. I felt disappointed. Later I was in prolonged labor where I was stuck at 3-4cm for more than 12hours even with regular strong contractions 3-4minutes apart. Does this decrease in dilation happen?

Im 36 weeks pregnant, also have gestational diabetes. Today at my prenatal appointment i had very high blood.pressure. they sent me to L&D, and monitored me. They sent me home after BP went down but sent me home with a 24 hr urine test. So tomorrow i will go back to L&D to get those results from the urine test and that will.see if i have pre eclampsia. If its really bad they will induce me. But lowkey i hope they do. Im so miserable lately!!! My legs, face, and arms are always puffy and im so uncomfortable. I just want her out already. But of course i want a natural vag birth, im terrified of c sections.

You mention that you would start these exercises when you're in labour, however, I'd love to try to turn my baby before I go into labour. I'm currently 37 weeks and my baby is OP. Is there any benefit to starting before labour? Thanks!

I read each and every comment to find a solution 1. No one suggested how it can get better 2. Everyone's doctor has no clue about it 3. Twisting and turning in bed is the worst for all Please for God's sake, if anyone got better with anything, any exercise please help. Hi Sarah! Thank you so much for this video! I had some trouble breastfeeding my first baby. The lactation consultants I saw said he had a good latch but he was just a little chomper lol. I ended up having nipple spasms all the time in between feedings and ended up just pumping for a year to make us both happy although I didn't make much milk like that. My question is, is breastfeeding/milk supply different for each baby like if we were to have another one or should I be expecting to have these nipple spasms again? Thank you! 😊
